Message	Innovations in the last 3 months and not received their order yet? I was told production was supposed to start right after I ordered in mid July. Jump ahead 2 months, after 2 more emails I am told there is an issue with the manufacturer. Finally send an email September 24th asking for a refund, and another today that have both been unanswered. Anyone else experiencing issues?
